浅谈同步带的分类

同步带分单面有齿和双面有齿两种，简称为单面带和双面带。双面带按齿排列的不同，有D型(对称齿廓)和DⅡ型(交错齿廓)之分。内外面都有齿的齿形带适用于旋转方向改变的多轴传动。目前同步带及带轮常用齿廓有梯形、渐开线、圆弧、抛物线等，齿廓一般用滚刀或插齿刀加工。在我国，梯形齿同步带传动已制订有九项国标，但圆弧齿同步带传动还未有国家标准，纺织工业部统一了国内高扭矩同步带单圆弧齿和双圆弧齿两大类带和轮的齿廓尺寸，制订了六项行业标准。
