GZW-1型阻爆燃型管道阻火器概述：   GZW-1型管道阻火器系新新型可燃气体管道阻火器，属更新换代的新产品。 该阻火器经中国科学技术大学与公安部天津消防科学研究所联合测试，其性能完全符合GB13347-92《石油气体管道阻火器阻火性能和试验方法》的规定。阻火器结构合理，阻火层采用不锈钢材料制造，耐腐蚀易于清洗。壳体采用不锈钢，碳钢等多种材料，可满足各种不同工艺管道的需要。 性能及特点：  该阻火器结构合理，重量轻，耐腐蚀，阻爆性能合格，连续13次以亚音速火焰试验每次都能阻火。  易检修，安装方便。耐烧性能合格，耐烧试验1小时无回火现象。  阻火器芯子采用不锈钢材料，耐腐蚀，易于清洗。壳体水压试验合格。 适用范围：    该阻火器适用于管道、闪点低于28℃的甲类、油品、氢氧液化类和闪点低于60℃的煤油、柴油、甲笨原油等，输送可燃性气体的管道上、火炬系列、油气回收系统、加热炉燃料气的管网上、气体净化通化系统、气体分析系统、煤矿瓦斯排放系统。

本实用新型公开了一种阀门与下游弯管焊接对口装置，包括设备本体、上游直管段、手动截止阀、大小头、下游弯管；设备本体的两端设有吊环；设备本体的上表面左侧设有管支架Ⅰ，管支架Ⅰ的右侧设有2个管支架Ⅱ；管支架Ⅱ的右侧设有内六角圆柱头螺孔，内六角圆柱头螺孔的右侧设有变径管支架；变径管支架的右侧设有弯管支架，弯管支架上设有压板，压板上设有开口挡圈，开口挡圈上设有销轴，销轴上设有上压块；管支架Ⅰ、管支架Ⅱ上设有上游直管段；上游直管段的右端与手动截止阀相连接，手动截止阀的右端与大小头相连接，大小头的右端与下游弯管相连接。本实用新型用以实现阀门与下游弯管的焊接对口，使用简便、又能降低施工成本。
